Summer 2026 "School Of Rock" Programme

We have the pleasure of teaching so many talented students here at DeRosa, we wanted to create something over the summer holidays to further inspire and build confidence in these wonderful young people.

So we’re very excited to announce that we’ll be running a ‘School Of Rock’ summer programme here at DeRosa Music Saffron Walden this August!

The school will run from Monday 10th- Friday 14th August from 10-4pm, with a final performance at FairyCroft House on the Friday Evening.

The summer school is for children of varied abilities, aged 8-18 and is open to both existing students and newbies (so spread the word!).

The week will involve students being put into a band and working with one of our incredible tutors to prepare a performance for our final gig.

The programme is £250 per child for the whole week, and for those who may have more than one child interested, we’ll be offering a sibling discount for the programme.
