Charlie Slater
Charlie grew up around Music, with the majority of his family being Professional musicians. After picking up the guitar at age 15, he never put it down again! Charlie has spent his youth playing open mic nights, gigging and mastering his craft. Charlie's passion for music and guitar is evident in the way he spends his free time practising, writing music and singing.
Although he specialises and excels in in Flamenco, Blue Grass, Country and Finger Style Guitar, Charlie is an incredibly versatile tutor, teaching students of all ages and abilities across all genres. Charlie has been a full time tutor here at DeRosa Music Saffron Walden since 2024 and offers inspiring, fun lessons that always leave students with a new skill learnt.
